Privacy Policy
The owner of the Website www.prostaceramika.pl and the administrator of personal data is Prosta Ceramika Marta Żebrowska, ul. Selena 2A, 80-299 Gdańsk, NIP 5842284992. The Administrator will show personal data of Website Users in connection with the operation of the Website. The purpose of personal data processing may depend on the purpose for which the User uses the Website or contacts the Data Administrator. In particular it may be:
1) Conclusion of a contract for the provision of services as part of the Website;
2) Performing activities related to placing Orders on the Website;
3) Answering questions from Website Users and conducting correspondence;
4) Marketing of services and goods;
5) Statistical and analytical purposes related to visiting the Website.
Personal data of Website users are based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Legal bases for consideration in a specific case:
Providing personal data is, as a rule, voluntary. In some cases, however, it may be necessary, e.g. to conclude a contract for the provision of services on the Website and to fulfill the Order. Failure to provide personal data may therefore result in, for example, the inability to order and execute Orders. Providing personal data is not necessary to browse the offered goods on the Website.
In the case of processing personal data on the basis of a separate consent, it may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The Administrator makes every effort to minimize the scope of personal data collected from Users of the Website. In the case of personal data collected via the Website, this scope includes the data indicated in the (Order?) form, such as: name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address (for contact purposes). Additionally, some of the data necessary to complete the Order placed: address of residence/delivery address, tax identification number, name and surname, telephone number, email address. Data related to the Orders made, such as the history of Orders or Reservations, are stored on the Website. In other cases, it may be data necessary to achieve a given purpose of processing, in particular: name, surname, email address, telephone number, tax identification number, address of residence/delivery address.
Data of Website Users will be processed by the Website Owner only for the period in which there is a legal basis for it, i.e. until:
1) The owner of the Website will no longer be subject to the legal obligation to process it;
2) The possibility of determining, pursuing or defending any claims related to the contract concluded through the Website will cease;
3) The Website User will withdraw consent to data processing, if it was its basis;
4) The Website User's objection to the processing of personal data will be accepted - if the basis for data processing was the Administrator's legitimate interest or when the data was processed for direct marketing purposes - depending on what is applicable in a given case and what is the latest.
The personal data of the Website User may be transferred to other recipients, i.e. the Administrator's partners providing technical services to him, business partners, telecommunications companies, companies providing hosting services, document archiving companies, postal operators, courier companies, carriers. Possible disclosure or transfer of personal data to competent authorities or third parties who submit a request for such information may only take place on the basis of an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
The personal data provided may be processed in order to profile and adapt the marketing content, offers or information sent to the interests or business or professional activity of the Website User. However, the data provided will not be processed for automated decision making.
In accordance with the Regulations of the GDPR, the Website User has the following rights:
1) The right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
2) The right to rectify (correct) your data;
3) The right to delete data;

5) Objection due to a special situation;
6) Right to data portability;
7) The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

The website, like most websites, uses the so-called cookie files (cookies). These files are used for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper operation of the Website pages. These files are saved in the memory of the Website User's device (computer, telephone, etc.) and enable the User, among others, to use all the Website's functions.
